See if your question is covered in the help file.
- "Getting Started" covers most of the key concepts,
- "Reference information about a wine" describes the fields used,
- "How do I..." describes many common tasks you can do with the software.
- (an additional tip is to press the "Clear" button after you have added a wine, and before you start adding the next one

If you're looking for a way to print out the help file, you can download an RTF copy from a previous version (printable in Word) of the help file.
