To add a field to the display or reports, Right-click on the grid in the lower half of the screen and select "Insert a column"

You can select the Merit fields this way, but are currently unable to do this for the consensus rating field. I have added this capability to our suggestion list

Excellent, thanks. I still suggest that the red eraser does not clear the rating field.

You must have a cellar open to search - use the menu command "Home, Cellar, Open Cellar"

The search box available when you are viewing your cellar will search for wines from within that cellar

Cellars are separate files - much like word documents.

To view your cellar via the web
1. Create a web cellar account via the menu command "Cellar, Web Cellar" and press the "Create New Account".
2. When your account has been created, press the "OK" button to close the web cellar wizard
3. Create or save your cellar with a filename starting with "www."
4. (IMPORTANT) Close The Uncorked Cellar - this will sync with our web cellar server then log out so that you can the login via a browser.
5. Open your browser and login at www.iUncork.com - either with your mobile device or desktop browser

The most likely thing you are seeing is the switch from cellar records to transaction records.

The Backup CSV file is a consolidation of several tables, controlled by a line whuich says "EOF" and a line indicating the table name of the next section of data.

If this is not what you see, please send a copy of the CSV file to support@uncork.biz
