It sounds like there is a problem with your installation

Please make a backup CSV of your cellar (to be sure) then

1. Uninstall The Uncorked Cellar
2. Reboot your PC
3. Download and re-install from www.uncork.biz/download.htm

If this does not solve the problem, please send a backup CSV of your cellar to support@uncork.biz, and indicate what version of Windows you are running

Oops, spoke to soon, seems I have to recreate the tag each time I want to print any now.... any chance of getting this one fixed ?

I suddenly had the same 'freeze on tag print' issue today - the above worked, but what a pain to have to re-create the tag layout  :-[  At least I can print again now...

Just checked and my reports are now being saved (I rebooted my computer and restarted the program) and all is well...!
