Yes

Fields in the top half of the screen act as a filter to select what is displayed in the lower half of the screen.

For the example you gave, enter a quantity of "3" and only wines with three or more bottles will be displayed.

You cannot select "maturity" as an enterable field, so either
a) enter a "peak year" to select aged wines that way or
b) sort the displayed wines by peak year by double clicking the "peak" heading in the lower half of the sceen
or
c) insert "Maturity" as a displayed column (right-click on the lower half of screen and select "insert a column") then sort the displayed wines by maturity (double click  on the "Maturity" heading)

How to display only certain wines.

Is there a way to diplay only wines that meet certain criteria on the main screen?  For example if I only wanted to see what was in my cellar that had maturity of "aged" and more than 2 bottles in stock?
