The most general solution would be to allow a generic text label for each column and row.  Not only would this solve my problem, but it would also allow a user to provide a more descriptive name/number to a set of rows and columns (e.g. Syr#1, Syr#2, PiNo#1 PiNo#2, etc.)

In many cases where a rack is expandable, you add to the top of the rack.  However, the row numbering runs counter to this, requiring that you move the existing stock, either physically or in the database, when expanding.  A friend who I recommended switch to using Uncorked also has his existing labeling scheme running counter to the top-down, left-to-right, labeling of Uncorked racks.  Could we get an option to reverse the direction of the rack column or row labels?
