Unfortunately, you are currently unable to alter the header information on reports

Modifying Report Header Information

I want to be able to print a "menu" of wines in my cellar, and have no problem getting the detail formated like I want.  

However, I do not want the default heading information on this report (Uncorked Logo, "Uncork", and the "Registered To: .... information".  

How do a remove, or modify, the default headers on a report?
