I have confirmed with Globalwinestocks that the disk problems they suffered last week have now been resolved - and I have also confirmed that account authorization works on my support account,

Please try again in case you suffered a transient internet problem - or does your anti virus program need to be told that you have a new version of The Uncorked Cellar?

Try also the steps shown on the initial search tab (under "If you have Internet connection problems....")

Either way, please let me know how you get on

Global Wine Stocks has been having difficulty with one of their disk drives causing authorization problems for remote access - I will raise it with them again to get their status

Global Wine Stocks error"Authorization Failed"

When I open Uncorked, the Global Winestocks program launches but I get an error message "Global Winestocks Account Authorization Failed" even though I can go to their webpage and log in with my same e-mail and password and get into the website.  This has just started since I updated with the 2010 update.

Anys idea or fixes.
