"www." at the start of a cellar name denotes that cellar as a web cellar

The software does not use "http" for this purpose

Ahh, that's the problem: I'm not a current subscriber.  I must have loaded my cellar during the period I was an active subscriber.

This is also available in the 2010 version - see the menu command "Cellar, Web Cellar"

HOWEVER, you must be a subscriber to the current version to be able to save your cellar as a web cellar, so that is the most likely problem.

If you need more help, please email support@uncork.biz with your phone number and the best contact time after 4pm California time and I will schedule a remote support session with you

Is this a 2011 enhancement b/c I've never seen this interface, and upgraded to 2010 last year.

Use the menu command "Cellar, Web Cellar" then follow the steps on this popup  - I am pointing to the button you would use to delete a web cellar

I selected Cellar/Delete Cellar from withing Uncorked and selected the web cellar, but it still appears online.  In addition, the new web cellar I created still reports "Sorry, the Web Cellar is currently unavailable" whenever I try to open it.

thanks.

Please send your web cellar account name to support@uncork.biz and the name of the cellar demonstrating the problem so we can investigate what error is occurring

You can delete unwanted web cellars via the following steps

1. Start The Uncorked Cellar
2. Select the menu command "Cellar, Web Cellar"
3. Log in
4. click on the web cellar you want to delete
5. press the "Delete Cellar" button

Web Cellar Issues

Though long ago I was able to create a web cellar, I'm having issues now.  I saved my current cellar with a "www." in front, but when I open it I get an Uncorked error.  Also, how do I delete old web cellars from your site?
