Aging wines should be held at a constant low temperature and you need a
“Maximum/Minimum” thermometer to really know the truth about your wine
storage.
A Cellar Thermometer can record the temperature of your wine cellar but also the temperature of the wine within the bottle.
Note – if your wines are not being stored at the optimum conditions, you can not
expect them to cellar for as long as the the winemaker recommends.
